Thank you for supporting outstanding students who are pursuing careers in construction.

We would like to express our gratitude for the generous donations and contributions received over the years to support our scholarship program. Thanks to YOUR ongoing support, we are able to provide financial aid to deserving students and apprentices. All proceeds go to fund the program.

2024 Scholarship Recipients

The Schweiger Memorial Scholarship Fund hosts an annual awards banquet and golf tournament every summer, bringing together sponsors, vendors, employees, and friends to raise funds. Over the past 25 years, these generous contributions have enabled the fund to award over 300 scholarships, totaling over $1,000,000 put towards scholarships.

Below, you will find our Fund Sponsorship opportunities and our Event-specific sponsorship opportunities. We would like to give our sponsors the ability to participate in just a few or all scholarship-related events, depending on preference.

Fund Sponsorship Includes:

  • Foundation Partner for $30,000+

  • Platinum Sponsor for $20,000

  • Gold Sponsor for $10,000

  • Silver Sponsor for $5,000

  • Bronze Sponsor for $2,500

Event Specific Sponsorship Includes:

  • Awards Banquet Sponsorship

  • Golf Tournament Sponsorship

  • Poker Night Sponsorship (This event will be making its return as it has not been held since 2014)

Please note that specific sponsorships do not include event admission, and tickets for events will need to be purchased separately.

Event Specific Sponsorship

Please note that event entry is NOT included; tickets must be purchased separately and are not part of the sponsorship package. You will have the option to add event admission when selecting your sponsorship package.

Available Sponsorship

    • 2 sponsorship spots are available

    • Logo or other brand products displayed at award banquet bars.

    • Logo displayed at check-in station and entry of event.

    • Logo Displayed at appetizer tables.

    • Space provided to set up a booth or display at the event.

    • Branded giveaway prizes provided by sponsor.

    • Sponsor hosted area/activity. Space provided for sponsor to bring their own event activity or set up a booth.

    • Logo display at at one of the following entertainment stations:

      • Axe Throwing

      • Equipment Rodeo

      • Cornhole

      • Mini Golf

        Photobooth

    • A half-page advertisement in the event program recognizing the program sponsor. Includes Logo/picture.

    • Logo Displayed during keynote speech on presentation slides.

    • Opportunity to introduce keynote speaker.

    • Premium Seating during awards ceremony.

    • Logo displayed on scholarship website and event signage.

    • Promotional items included in recipient goodie bags.

Available Sponsorship

    • Logo display at breakfast

    • Option to set up a booth at the breakfast station

    • Social Media Recognition

    • Only 1 drink cart on course.  

    • Logo will be prominently displayed on the drink cart.

    • Logo displayed on website sponsor page for up to 1 year.

    • 6 Available

    • Hole Signage and the option to set up a table/tent at the hole.

    • Social Media Recognition

    • Logo will be prominently displayed on the water cart. Only 1 water cart on course.

    • Branded water bottles (If provided by sponsor

    • Note recipients will be taking a day off of work to participate.

    • Sponsors can cover the cost of a recipient’s ticket, golf clubs, and other expenses needed for participation at the tournament.

    • Recognition as a recipient sponsor at the tournament and on the website.

    • Sponsor gets the chance to meet and potentially play the golf tournament together.

    • Sponsor can cover the cost of four recipients, sponsoring a team of recipients to participate in the event together.

    • Recognition as a recipient sponsor of the tournament and on the website.

    • Event signage at 1st hole showcasing the sponsor supporting the recipient’s team.

    • Logo on food station signage and menus

    • Mention in event program and announcements

    • Opportunity to provide branded napkins or coasters

    • Logo displayed with Cash purse

    • Logo on bar signage and drink menus
